"George H Nelson"
George Henry was born in the year his father started manufacturing gelatine in 1937. He died on 5th March 1898 after devoting his life exclusively to the Gelatine business at Emscote Mills in Wharf Street. Mostly living in Warwick up to 1889 he later resided at various places among them Roysham Park near Oxford. George Henry entered the business in 1851 under the guidance of Thomas Dale his late father's partner. George Henry became a partner in the firm nine years later in 1860. He was a manufacturer and superintended all aspect of the business, and was reputed as being skilful in conducting both the management and process of the business.
